There's just a little story to this dress. At first, it was a bubu. But the beauty wasn't there because it wasn't full (it was just 2yards). I decided to create something else that would look appealing.. so, I created this! Don't get it twisted; the neck got wide in the process and I just decided to drop one part and I got that look!
